you will be kept informed throughout the whole process, from the first enquiry, to the delivery of the final product. we will encourage you to inform us of what you want, and will work with you to ensure that the images are truly personal to you.

We also have a wide range of high quality products at affordable prices, and we do not use any pressure sales techniques, we feel strongly that the decision should lie with you.

we also keep all images on file for a minimum of 12 months, although we can keep them for longer if you so wish.
